Hours, workload and delivery
Labor hours follow the employee who recorded the work. Delivery and completed orders follow the assigned owner. These are separate views of responsibility; they do not rank individual quality.
Sorted by PM On-Time: highest to lowest. Employees without assessed PMs appear last. Equal percentages are ordered by name.
| Employee | Worked h¹ | Scheduled h¹ | MVP labor h | PM h | Other WO h | WO worked | Effort h / WO | Completed² | PM on time² ↓ | System Usage |
|---|
¹ Requires complete monthly attendance and schedule data. ² Completed counts include all assigned work orders due in the period; On-Time includes only assigned PMs, excluding cancellations. Effort h / WO = this employee’s recorded effort divided by distinct orders worked, not elapsed completion time. Click an employee to filter the entire dashboard.
Work order explorer
This list covers assigned orders with planned dates in the selected period and unresolved orders evidenced by labor in the period; some employee labor entries have no matching order metadata. Orders use Requested Finish Date, then Scheduled Finish Date, then Request Start Date as a disclosed fallback. Labor h is the total recorded for the order, which can include multiple employees. Elapsed h includes waiting time.

Import the latest exports
Upload the original MVP CSV without editing it. The source is detected automatically. Review and apply each file; repeat for the second report. Monthly updates keep historical records and replace matching employee / WO totals.
Applied imports are saved centrally and are available on your other devices. Each successful save creates a recovery version. A conflicting update from another device is never overwritten silently.
Coverage & source register
Last 20 saved versions, plus the original source exports. Recovery is reviewed before becoming a new cloud version.

How to read the results
Hours & attendance
MVP labor is recorded effort, not payroll attendance. PM hours are a subset of all MVP hours; Other WO hours exclude PM. Reactive groups CORRECTIVE and REPAIR. Other types retain their source labels. MVP total labor adds Actual Hours and OT Hours, following the original EmployeeProductivity report. UKG Worked Hours must include overtime; its OT field is informational and is never added again.
Worked versus scheduled requires a monthly row per employee with both values. No default 40-hour week is assumed. Partial-month ranges and work-type / asset-area filters disable payroll comparisons to avoid incompatible scopes.
Monthly dating
Employee hours use the labor Start Date. This report provides totals per employee and WO, not daily time punches. Monthly dating follows that source date; a later export updates the same employee / WO total. Undated entries are excluded from monthly totals and disclosed in coverage. Dates follow the source's wall-clock values without timezone conversion. WO identifiers are not used to invent missing work dates.
On-time delivery
Only assigned PM work orders count toward On-Time delivery. Other work types remain in labor, workload and completion totals, but never enter the On-Time numerator, denominator or coverage. The reference date is Requested Finish Date, then Scheduled Finish Date, or Request Start Date when no planned finish exists. Actual Finish on or before that calendar day is on time; unfinished orders past that day at the source snapshot are overdue. Cancellations are excluded. Missing completion dates, missing planned dates and future unfinished orders remain unscored. Assigned orders evidenced by labor but missing from the WO export are shown for reconciliation, without inventing deadlines. The percentage uses assessed assigned orders only. Coverage, missing dates or outcomes, unverified PM assignments and orders not yet due are disclosed separately; missing information is never counted as late. Labor start dates are never substituted for requested start dates.
Duration & estimates
Labor hours measure effort. Actual Finish minus Actual Start measures elapsed time, which can include waiting, weekends and downtime. Estimate comparison uses completed orders with positive estimated hours and recorded labor, on a matched-order basis. Assigned-owner comparisons can contain team effort.
Data completeness
This dashboard covers the supplied source files, not a live connection to MVP or UKG. Different exports may cover different order populations. Unmatched labor is kept in employee totals but cannot supply missing WO due dates or status. The current shift roster is supplied by the owner. Different source and display names are preserved for review. Area mappings require verification.
Compare employees and periods
Choose an employee or the whole department on each side. Dates are independent. On-Time includes PMs only; hours and completed work orders include all work types.
Hours follow the employee who recorded the work. Completed orders and PM delivery follow the assigned owner. Different period lengths are not normalized. Missing values are shown as — and never assumed to be zero.
System Usage
MVP recorded hours ÷ reference hours. Green identifies UKG hours; amber identifies a schedule estimate. It is not a productivity score.
Schedule estimates use the current roster and days off, including historical comparisons. Shift spans include breaks unless an unpaid break is configured. Holidays, leave and historical roster changes are not inferred. Monthly UKG totals apply only to their exact period.

Rate differences are percentage points (pp). A difference shows change, not a performance ranking. PM coverage must be reviewed alongside the On-Time percentage.

Weekly schedule
Recurring weekly roster supplied on 20 Oct 2026. Shift spans include breaks and are not net paid hours. Holidays, leave and exceptions are not included. The schedule does not replace verified UKG hours. Names marked for confirmation differ from the source export.
Schedule basis & sources
Scheduled hours = working calendar days × (shift duration − unpaid break). The current roster applies to historical estimates too. Source dates document evidence, not historical validity. UKG actual hours take precedence for a matching period.
